Even though you might know what a sadya is, i want to briefly explain it with my knowledge.
Well sadya includes pure vegetarian feasts. It will be served in banana leaf with its end facing our left hand side. Serving style may vary from place to place. As i hail from a small village, a region adjoining trivandrum i would like to share that style.
Major recipes are added here.
To begin with from the left most side(narrow side) of banana leaf BANANA is placed. To its right PAPPADAM is served followed by 2 or 3 BANANA CHIPS and a pinch of SALT.
To its right SARKKARA VARATTI is placed. Its recipe is added here.
